- Add the soaked dal in a mixie jar then add onion,coriander, greenchilli, ginger asafoetida, baking soda , rice flour and salt grind it to coarse mixture.
- Heat oil and drop small portion of mixture and fry till golden and crispy.

Moong dal pakore are my father’s favorite. Whenever he visits us, I make it for him. Your’s addition of rice flour must have made them more crisp. I’ll certainly try them with rice flour next time
